The outstanding features of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system by Bosch Rexroth include its scalability in power, integrated hardware platform, and open interfaces for international use. The drive controllers in the system are used to control electrical motors and monitor their operation. They have two essential parts - the control section and the power section. The CSB01 series is a family of control section types in the drive controller.
The CSB01.1C-S3-ENS-EN1-L2-S-NN-FW is a model of the CSB01 series of control sections designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is a configurable Version 1 type equipped with a standard encoder evaluation interface for encoder systems with a supply voltage of 12V. Encoder systems with a supply voltage of DC 8V or AC 18.2V peak-peak can also be connected to it with its Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface. The control section’s connection points have spring terminals and screw terminal blocks. The points with spring terminals can be wired with ends with or without ferrules, while screw terminal blocks use wire ends with ferrules.
With its Safe Torque Off option that corresponds with the category 3 PL e/SIL 3 rating, the CSB01.1C-S3-ENS-EN1-L2-S-NN-FW can be safely operated with no incidence of the unintentional startup. It also has a standard control panel with a single-line display that shows information like the operating state of the drive controller, unresolved warnings, and command and error diagnoses. The RS232 serial interface allows it to be programmed, parameterized, and diagnosed during commissioning and servicing.
