Different kinds of automation challenges can easily be resolved using the highly functional Rexroth IndraDrive drive system from Bosch Rexroth. It is built for power scalability with various innovative units like servo motors and drive controllers. The drive controllers are composed of control sections like the single-axis models in the CSB01 series. These compact control sections are found plugged into the power sections of the drive controllers.
The CSB01.1C-PL-ENS-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW is a CSB01 control section in the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system by Bosch Rexroth. It is a configurable, single-axis control section in the BASIC UNIVERSAL range equipped with a Parallel Interface module. The module features 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs, combined in groups of 4 inputs and 4 outputs each. With its standard encoder evaluation interface, encoder systems with a support voltage of 12V can be connected to this control section. These encoders are the encoder system of the IndraDyn S motors (MSK motors), the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoders (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 or Hiperface and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track.
The safety module of the CSB01.1C-PL-ENS-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW is the Safe Torque Off option with a category 3 PL e/SIL 3 rating. The control section supports the use of firmware which has to be ordered as a separate item. It has a standard user panel with a single-line display and four prominent keys for navigating various functions of the control section, including diagnostics. Like other components of the Rexroth IndraDrive system, it belongs to category C3 according to IEC 61800‑3. Hence, it is most suitable for use in industrial areas to prevent high-frequency interference. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
