Product Description:
The CSB01.1C-PB-ENS-MA1-L2-S-NN-FW is a control section produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the CSB Drive Controllers series. Installed in an IndraDrive power section, it forms a complete servo axis and handles command processing, feedback evaluation, and safety monitoring for industrial automation tasks such as coordinated motion or positioning. By interpreting fieldbus telegrams and analog references, the unit links higher-level PLCs to the drive stage and supports deterministic torque, speed, or position control for one motor. Its role is to coordinate the control functions between the machine controller and the drive power section in automated equipment.
The control board provides 2 differential channels of analog input so an external source can feed real-time velocity or torque demands while maintaining immunity to common-mode noise. Feedback to supervisory equipment is available through 2 analog output channels that report process variables. Both directions use 12-bit conversion, giving 4096 discrete steps for each signal, and each channel uses a ±10 V span that matches industry-standard transducers. The axis hardware is intended for single-axis operation, so only one motor encoder pair is processed on this board. Network communication is handled through PROFIBUS, and the X30 D-sub 9-pin female connector simplifies daisy-chain wiring, while a dedicated RS-232 interface supports local access and the X41 D-sub 9-pin female port carries the Safe Torque Off logic lines.
The encoder socket supports IndraDyn, Hiperface, 1 Vss, or TTL formats, and the supply rails deliver 11.6 V DC at up to 300 mA to power the transducer electronics. This arrangement allows the board to work with several common feedback devices without extra interface hardware. Hardware-based Safe Torque Off is implemented, and the safety function reaches SIL3 / Cat. 3 PL e for personnel protection. Mechanical dimensions remain compact, with a depth of 103 mm and a height of 241 mm, which helps preserve cabinet space for field wiring and airflow.
