Designed to solve different automation challenges easily and in the most cost-efficient way possible, the Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive drive system features multiple product advantages. These include its scalable power, open communication, and improved functionality. One of its units is a drive controller with two essential parts - the power section and the control section. The CSB01 series is a family of single-axis control sections in the system. They are used in handling and mounting systems, food processing and packaging machines, and machine tools.
The CSB01.1C-PB-ENS-EN2-L1-S-NN-FW is one of the control section models of the CSB01 series by Bosch Rexroth. It is a configurable single-axis device in the BASIC UNIVERSAL range that features interfaces like the encoder evaluation interfaces for encoder systems with 12V and 5V supply voltages. These interfaces support a wide range of encoder systems for motors that also comprise the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system, such as the MHD, MKD, and MSK motors. Other encoder systems that are compatible with them are the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder, with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp), with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface.
The starting lockout module of the CSB01.1C-PB-ENS-EN2-L1-S-NN-FW complies with stop category 0 according to EN60204-1. It is used to prevent the unintentional startup of the motor connected to the drive controller, especially during fault checks or repairs. The control section has a standard user panel that performs functions like setting the drive address and analog outputs and starting the basic load defaults procedure. The user panel has a single-line display which serves as its interface for communication with the user, and four keys for navigating its numerous functions.
