The CSB01.1C-NN-ENS-EN2-L2-S-NN-FW control section is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for integration in the CSB Drive Controllers series. Installed on a main drive rack, this module executes torque, speed, and position loops so that a servo or asynchronous motor follows command values issued by a higher-level PLC. By handling these motion calculations locally, the card reduces fieldbus traffic and supports deterministic response in material-handling and packaging equipment.

The board runs on a logic supply of 24 V DC, and its internal electronics draw a base power of 6.5 W, which helps limit heat generation inside a closed cabinet. Fast loop execution is provided by a current control cycle of 125 µs, a speed control cycle of 250 µs, and a position control cycle of 500 µs. These intervals indicate how often the digital signal processor updates each regulation layer. Five digital inputs accommodate limit switches or drive enables, while one analog input accepts process reference signals such as torque trim. Two analog outputs provide real-time feedback values to external devices, and the safety channel supports Safe Torque Off to remove motor power without mechanical relays.
