Product Description:
The CSB01.1C-ET-ENS-MA1-L2-S-NN-FW is a single-axis drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the CSB Drive Controllers series. It mounts in the power section of an IndraDrive system and supervises current, velocity, and position loops for servo and asynchronous motors used in automated machinery, handling systems, and packaging lines. By combining closed-loop regulation with integrated fieldbus communication, the unit coordinates motion profiles and diagnostic data between the drive and higher-level PLCs.
This controller provides two differential analog inputs with 12-bit resolution, allowing precise setpoint and feedback voltages across a span of ±10 V. Each input is buffered by a 1000 kΩ resistance that minimizes loading on external transducers. The module also offers two analog outputs designed for a 1 kΩ load. These outputs deliver command values over the same voltage window as the inputs, so no additional scaling is needed. Cycle-synchronous current regulation is performed every 125 µs, supporting tight torque control during dynamic moves. Network traffic is handled through the controller’s MultiEthernet interface, permitting direct attachment to EtherNet/IP, PROFINET IO, EtherCAT, or Sercos III without extra option cards. Operator safety is addressed by the integrated Safe Torque Off function certified to SIL3 and Category 3 PL e, which removes gate signals to the power stage when activated.
The digital outputs can source up to 500 mA for actuating external relays, and a single relay contact with one normally open path is available for coarse signaling tasks. For feedback, the encoder port accepts IndraDyn / Hiperface / 1 Vss / TTL formats, allowing mixed motor families on the same axis. The controller measures 241 mm high, 103 mm deep, and 49.5 mm wide, enabling dense stacking inside control cabinets while leaving room for airflow.
