Product Description:
The CSB01.1C-ET-ENS-ENS-L2-S-NN-FW is a drive controller module produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and assigned to the CSB Drive Controllers series. Installed inside machine cabinets, it converts motion commands from a PLC into precisely timed current patterns that run an attached servo amplifier. By handling encoder feedback and network communication on the board, it supports accurate positioning of a single mechanical axis in packaging, printing, and material-handling equipment. Its compact card format also allows dense multi-axis racks while keeping service access available at the front panel.
The card supports 1 Axis, so its internal processor, memory, and timing resources are focused on one mechanical drive line. Command exchange with supervisory equipment passes through the Multi-Ethernet connector, letting the same hardware communicate over common industrial Ethernet networks without added option boards. Where hard-wired coordination is required, the integrated Digital I/O terminals handle direct start, stop, and limit signals from sensors and actuators. Feedback capability is expanded by 2 encoder interfaces, and each channel can decode differential sine signals at 1 Vpp / 5 V TTL levels for incremental or absolute transducers used on shielded machine cabling.
The controller also recognizes IndraDyn and Hiperface motor feedback formats without additional gateways. Parameter data is stored on a removable MultiMediaCard, which keeps the operating setup available on the controller itself. Machine safety is supported by the built-in Safe Torque Off circuit, which disables power devices during an emergency stop while leaving diagnostic functions available. Diagnostic software can continue to stream traces through the RS232 service port while the power stage is de-energized, and the interface set also includes a membrane operator panel for local status plus a relay output for external interlocks.
