The CSB01.1C-CO-ENS-MA1-L2-S-NN-FW is a control section manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the CSB Drive Controllers series. The module slots into a compatible power section to create a closed-loop drive that coordinates servo axes in assembly, packaging, and material-handling lines. It handles drive parameter processing, field communication, and safety monitoring so that the connected power stage can deliver regulated torque and speed to IndraDyn motors during automated motion sequences.

The control section supervises 1 motion axis, so all position, velocity, and current loops are dedicated to a single motor channel. Fieldbus communication is available through CANopen / DeviceNet, allowing the drive to exchange process data and diagnostics with PLCs that support these protocols. For local wiring, a bank of digital I/O points can accept limit switches or issue status signals, while an Analog I/O Extension adds proportional reference and feedback channels required by process sensors. Commanded position is verified through the multi-protocol encoder socket that understands IndraDyn Motors, Hiperface®, 1 Vpp, 5 V TTL feedback formats, enabling automatic detection of motor nameplates and high-resolution position tracking.
