The CSB01.1C-CO-ENS-EN1-NN-S-NN-FW is a modular drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the CSB Drive Controllers series. Designed as a plug-in control section for an IndraDrive power stage, it supervises servo motion and handles feedback, fieldbus traffic, and local diagnostics. In automated production lines, packaging equipment, and pick-and-place stations, the card closes current, velocity, and position loops so connected motors follow PLC commands without additional external hardware.

This control section is configured for a single-axis topology, meaning all signal-processing resources focus on one motor channel, which simplifies tuning for point-to-point or interpolated moves. Fieldbus connectivity is offered through CANopen / DeviceNet, letting the drive exchange cyclic process data and acyclic parameter sets with distributed controllers. For on-board diagnostics or simple scripting, an RS232 service port is provided. Command inputs such as start, inhibit, or quick-stop are wired to the card through the integrated digital I/O, removing the need for an external terminal board. For position feedback, the expansion bay supports encoders fitted to MHD and MKD motors, and it directly accepts IndraDyn, Hiperface, 1 Vpp, or 5 V TTL signals so legacy and newer machinery can share the same control platform.

Parameter handling is simplified by a slot that accepts a MultiMediaCard, allowing parameter sets to be moved between units without a PC. A standard operator panel with navigation keys and a text display gives direct access to menus, fault histories, and real-time values. For interlocking tasks, an integrated relay output can switch contactors or signal lights directly from drive status bits. The card is supplied with no safety technology, so emergency stop or safe torque off must be implemented by external hardware.
