The CSB01.1C-CO-ENS-ENS-L1-S-NN-FW is a new generational industrial controller designed by Rexroth Indramat to carry out accurate motor motion control in industrial production and processing systems. This control device is unlike convectional industrial devices as it features a durable housing unit manufactured to meet the IP20 protection class; this means the housing unit can only protect the controller from solid materials with an external diameter larger than 12 millimeters. For optimum protection and operation, this industrial controller must be integrated into an additional control cabinet that meets at least the IP54 protection class. This industrial controller is also designed to be absolutely safe for industrial operation; its housing is inscribed with special safety signs and symbols intended to warn operators of specific parts of the controller that can cause industrial accidents if mishandled.

The CSB01.1C-CO-ENS-ENS-L1-S-NN-FW control section is a configurable device; this means its operation can be adapted to suit a wide range of industrial machines such as metal forming machines and food processing machines. The housing of this industrial controller also contains a CANopen/DeviceNet, which helps to control the communication between the control section and all other parts of the industrial production system. The CSB01.1C-CO-ENS-ENS-L1-S-NN-FW is compatible with different industrial encoder systems such as the Encoder IndraDyn, Hiperface Encoder, Vpp encoder, and the TTL encoder. The heat generated by this industrial encoder during operation is kept within a permissible range via forced ventilation. To facilitate this temperature regulation process, this industrial encoder should not be installed into the control cabinet with a minimum clearance of 120 millimeters.
