The CMP60.2-SP-304-FN-K001-FW Bosch Rexroth CNC control module comes with a 2 design code. The product has the capability of sending and receiving data to and from a master computer by using an Ethernet interface that supports up to 100MBaud transfer rate. This interface can be set up by using an RJ 45 connector. The ready contact of the device opens up if a watchdog error is encountered during operation. The three dual LEDs of the unit are located adjacent to each other. The module also encompasses a red-colored LED in the keypad. The internal battery of the high-end PC in which this product is installed is connected using a ribbon cable.

This control module is intended to be stored at a temperature ranging between -20°C to 70°C. The radio immunity of this device should always be in adherence to EN 50082-2 standards. The unit must be reset after the successful download of the firmware has taken place. It is considered as an internal subnet that has a fixed IP address when there is data exchange with a PC. This data exchange takes place through a TCP/IP protocol. The fan incorporated in the module must compulsorily be used if the operation takes place at higher than the maximum specified ambient temperature.

The product is compatible with all categories of industrial PCs made by the manufacturer. Its ready contact supports a maximum load rating of 60V/1A. This contact should be connected to the emergency stop of the associated machine as far as possible. The device supports high-speed I/O interface utilization as an extension module. The inputs, as well as outputs of this interface, are equipped with a 24VDC voltage rating through a 4-pin clamp terminal. The control module should be positioned to the left of the interface for future retrofitting if needed.
