The Rexroth CML65.1-3P-504-NA-NNNN-NW is an IndraControl L65 series industrial controller. Enclosure of the controller has an inline design and is IP20 rated. The controller housing weighs 1.8 kilograms and measures 107.4 x 175.9 x 120 millimeters. When unused, the controller needs to be kept in an area where temperature of surrounding air is between minimum -25 degrees Celsius and maximum 70 degrees Celsius. For operation as per manufacturer ratings, the temperature of air in the vicinity of an operating CML65.1-3P-504-NA-NNNN-NW needs to be kept between 5 and 55 degrees Celsius.  A temperature warning is displayed if the internal temperature reaches 70 degrees Celsius. At internal temperature of 80 degrees Celsius the controller is programmed to switch off to prevent damage. Cooling fan is not available on the controller but can be ordered depending upon customer requirements.

The CML65.1-3P-504-NA-NNNN-NW is shipped without firmware. Processor on the controller is an Intel Celeron M which is clocked at 1.0 GHz. NVRAM is not included but can be added through compatible Compact Flash cards for which a slot is provided on the front of the controller. The system includes 256 MB of DRAM and 8 MB of battery backed SRAM. In addition to the standard Ethernet interface, the CML65.1-3P-504-NA-NNNN-NW also includes a SERCOS III interface and a ProfiBus interface. Integrated I/O include 8 digital outputs and 8 digital inputs. Input of the controller is rated for nominal 24 Volts DC input and can accept input voltages ranging from 19.2 to 32 Volts DC. Maximum recommend altitude for controller operation is 2700 meters according to DIN 60204. The controller can tolerate maximum 0.075 millimeters displacement at 10 to 150 Hertz. This control unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
