CLC-D 2.1M-ELS-01.RS-configuration command cards are an advanced edition of the basic CLC-D command architecture. The CLC-D 2.1M-ELS-01.RS has the low power consumption typical of CLC-D cards, consuming only 80% of an amp at 5 volts DC that is provided by integrated connections in your digital servo drive slot.
The standout features of the CLC-D 2.1M-ELS-01.RS model are its ability to tolerate up to 30 Diax03 drives on its SERCOS ring, as well as its capacity for Electronic Line Shafting, or ELS. This means that the CLC-D 2.1M-ELS-01.RS is capable of using its advanced software to perfectly synchronize multiple axes of your assembly project based on a master axis of your choice.
Choosing is made easy with the user-friendly, point-and-click programming environment characteristic of all CLC-D command cards. Your exact commands are then transmitted through the machine using Bosch Rexroth Indramat’sSERCOS optic interface. While all of that happens behind the scenes, clearly visible on the front of your CLC-D 2.1M-ELS-01.RS is an LED-powered digital readout. The clever software backing this digital display is capable of monitoring your machine’s status, displaying current operating conditions, and identifying any possible error using a ready-to-reference code provided by Bosch Rexroth Indramat.
