CLC-D 2.1M-ELS-01.RS-configuration command cards are an advanced edition of the basic CLC-D command architecture. Because of the platform on which the modifications that make the CLC-D 2.1M-ELS-01.RS uniquely useful are built, it has a number of characteristics in common with other Bosch Rexroth Indramat plug-in cards. It features a standardized cartridge size that makes it compatible with DDS 2.2, DKR 2.1, and DKR 3.1 Bosch Rexroth Indramat digital servo drivers, which in turn link it to the MDD motors for which this command module has been created. The CLC-D 2.1M-ELS-01.RS has the low power consumption typical of CLC-D cards, consuming only 80% of an amp at 5 volts DC that is provided by integrated connections in your digital servo drive slot.
The standout features of the CLC-D 2.1M-ELS-01.RS model are its ability to tolerate up to 30 Diax03 drives on its SERCOS ring, as well as its capacity for Electronic Line Shafting, or ELS. This means that the CLC-D 2.1M-ELS-01.RS is capable of using its advanced software to perfectly synchronize multiple axes of your assembly project based on a master axis of your choice.
Choosing is made easy with the user-friendly, point-and-click programming environment characteristic of all CLC-D command cards. Your exact commands are then transmitted through the machine using Bosch Rexroth Indramat’s SERCOS optic interface. While all of that happens behind the scenes, clearly visible on the front of your CLC-D 2.1M-ELS-01.RS is an LED-powered digital readout. The clever software backing this digital display is capable of monitoring your machine’s status, displaying current operating conditions, and identifying any possible error using a ready-to-reference code provided by Bosch Rexroth Indramat.
