Product Description:

The Multi-Axis Coordinating Motion Control cards manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat are classified into three series - CLC-V, CLC-D, and  CLC-P. They are designed to give an accurate motion control solution and are structured on fiber-optic circuitry, and can thus be used in many kinds of diverse architectural environments.

The CLC-V02.3-FW belongs to the CLC-V series meant to be used in the VME architecture bus. Although they present a relatively small form factor they are capable of providing accurate control of several drives. Besides controlling the Indramet drives, CLC-V02.3-FW is also capable of providing an ideal precision control solution to systems using other similar series of control applications. Little wonder then that they are a preferred choice for those seeking a cost-effective solution to their operational needs, be it those involving small units or for precision control of something like high-end robotics involving complex nature and high accuracy of control.

The three form factors of CLC-V02.3-FW are ideally suited to various kind of firmware and have an interface that is easy to use. Its connections are intuitive with well-labeled ports located on the external panel and an interactive PC based interface. These cards are designed to perform ASCII response using a 9600 baud response rate at 8 bits of data or every character. The SERCOS port on its panel facilitates daisy-chaining the installation of any equipment by using a SERCOS based fiber-optic circuits. Its SERCOS port is engaged for installation into the SERCOS fiber-optic loop while the output port designated as Tx facilitates connection to the next SERCOS device by functioning as its input port, thus forming a closed ring with output to input interconnected devices.
