Product Description:
The Bosch Rexroth’s CLC-D03.1M-FW control drive is from the CLC series, it is developed to be a multi-axis synchronized motion controller in industrial applications. It has a fiber-optic SERCOS interface to communicate with the panel boards and coordinate axes. This controller features two 9 pin serial input connectors on the outside of the unit and two fiber-optic ports to support ring-based SERCOS communication.
The CLC-D03.1M-FW controller uses RS232/RS485/CAN standard interfaces that can integrate the host PCs, HMIs or PLCs. It can be mounted on a DIN rail in standard electrical enclosures and it requires a 24V DC input power supply for operating. The CLC controller can support an ambient functioning temperature of 32°F to 131°F while it can be stored between -4°F to 158°F. The enclosure has the protection rating of IP20 against foreign objects. It has numeral status indicator on the front panel that are used for diagnostics and real-time monitoring in run-time while the communication and error feedback is monitored through the status LED display. The upgradation of programs and firmware is done through the service port or USB connection. The controller has firmware retention EPROM flash memory on board and it also features dual-port RAM to support high speed I/O transactions. The device is programmed and diagnosed with visual motion software.
The CLC-D03.1M-FW controller supports direct assignment of system registers to I/O or external tags and the motion control functions that are permitted by the device include camming, electronic gearing and point to point positioning. It has real-time variables tracking and task switching support on-board. The CLC controller unit weighs about 1.5 kg and its physical dimensions measure 238 mm, 120 mm and 32 mm.
