The Bosch Rexroth Indramat manufactures the CLC-D03.1M which is a precision motion controller. This product is part of the CLC Motion Controllers series. It is intended for consistent performance in industrial systems. The controller includes high-quality characteristics in both electrical and mechanical standards.
The Bosch CLC-D03.1M has a supply voltage of DC 24V and a power consumption of 30W. It supports several communication interfaces including RS-232 with a maximum cable length of 15 meters and a transmission rate of 38400 baud. It also includes RS-422/RS-485 communication interface with a cable length of up to 1200 meters and a transmission rate of 9600 baud. Fiber optic communication is also enabled with a transmitter power of -3.5 dBm and a receiver power of -5 dBm. It has a 5V control signal input and an operating voltage range of ±10%. The CLC-D03.1M's small version is 120mm x 130mm x 40mm and weighs 0.7 kilogram. It may be readily mounted on DIN rails. The front plate is metal with knurled screws for a solid fit. The connectors include a D-Sub 9-pin for RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 as well as FSMA fiber optic connectors. It has a temperature range of 0°C to 55°C and can be stored at -25°C to 70°C. It has digital outputs with a maximum output current of 100 mA and an output voltage of 5 V. It operates on a 3V button cell battery with a service life of up to 4 years under normal conditions and offers backup power for at least 1 minute when removed.
