The CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-ENS-MEM-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is a control section manufactured by Rexroth Indramat Company. It is supplied via a terminal connector of a 24V power supply. This type has a maximum pulse width of 110 ms, a typical inrush current of 4.5 A, and power consumption of 8 W. accessories used in conjunction with this control section include fiber optic cable connections, signal level converter for encoder emulation, and an adapter from D-Sub to terminal connector. It has a standard control panel that lets the commissioning engineer run diagnoses and trigger simple commands.

The panel features a single-line display and shows command and error messages, operating states, and pending warnings. With it, the engineer can start the basic load defaults procedure, establish the position data reference, and set the drive address. The CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-ENS-MEM-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is plugged into the power section of the drive controller. You shouldn’t plug it in or disconnect it when the controller has been switched on. The control section features an analog I/O extension option, encoder emulator option, encoder IndraDyn/Hiperface/1 Vpp/TTL options, and a SERCOS interface.
