The CDB01.1C-S3-ENS-ENS-MEM-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW control section incorporates two axes. This Bosch Rexroth section is a part of drive controllers used for machine tools as well as handling and mounting systems. The product assembly and installation should be done only as per the specified guidelines. The device must never be used in public low-voltage mains supplying residential area. It can cause high-frequency interference if it is used in such areas. The unit has to be connected only with the manufacturer’s cables. The drive controller housing the section should be operated only if the application conforms to the national EMC regulations. This control section is not supposed to be touched during or soon after operation.

The product cannot be used with a VCP01.2 comfort control panel from the manufacturer. The basic universal device uses its RS 232 serial interface for parameterization, programming and diagnosis during servicing as well as commissioning. It has two separate pins for sending and receiving data. The SERCOS III interface of this section has two yellow LEDs and two green LEDs. The yellow LEDs light up when there is active data transmission. The control section houses an MA1 optional module at its X8.2 connecting point. This module helps to expand the number of existing analog inputs and outputs.

The standard control panel in this section does not support hot plug. This panel helps to set the drive address and the analog outputs of the product. The analog inputs of the product adhere to IEC 61131 specifications. A SERCOS III interface connected to the device renders 100Base-TX connectivity and can be connected by means of CAT5e cables with industrial twisted pair shielding. The unit comes with a maximum pulse width of 60ms. Its spring terminals can be wired using wire ends that have or do not have ferrules. The section is dispatched through reputed freight carriers with a warranty for one year.
