The CDB01.1C-S3-EN2-EN2-NNN-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW is a basic universal control section. It is a primary component of drive controllers that are part of the IndraDrive series. The hardware and software of IndraDrive controllers are modular. Bosch provides firmware that are optimized for different applications. That is why the firmware has to be ordered separately. The hardware of the CDB01.1C-S3-EN2-EN2-NNN-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW includes integrated features and slots for optional modules. The safety module installed on the CDB01.1C-S3-EN2-EN2-NNN-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW supports safe motion. Other installed optional modules are encoder emulation and two encoder modules with EnDat 2.1 interfaces. One slot on the CDB01.1C-S3-EN2-EN2-NNN-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW is available and can be used to accommodate an additional safety module. The CDB01.1C-S3-EN2-EN2-NNN-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW is a configurable control section that belongs to the basic universal category. It is designed for double-axis applications. The master communication interface is SERCOS III.
SERCOS III is the upgraded version of the original SERCOS standard that allowed communication over fiber optics and supports 2 / 4 Mbps data rates. SERCOS III is compatible with Ethernet and supports 100 Mbps full-duplex communication. The CDB01.1C-S3-EN2-EN2-NNN-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW includes a RS-232 interface for serial communication with other devices. Power consumption of the control section basic unit is 9 Watts. The input voltage is 24 Volts DC. A standard control panel can be used to monitor the CDB01.1C-S3-EN2-EN2-NNN-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW and to execute a limited number of commands. The control section does not work with a comfort control panel. All relevant safety instructions are included in the product documentation. Proper and correct transport, storage, mounting and installation, as well as care in operation and maintenance, are prerequisites for optimal and safe operation. Trained and experienced personnel should install and operate the device and associated equipment. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
