The BTM16.2-TA-TA-VB-SA-HA-2EA is a BTM16 series machine operator panel coming to you from the manufacturer Rexroth, Bosch, Indramat. This unit has a total of five operation areas which are all equal. The four sections on the right come equipped with two different keypad modules, a federate override model and a spindle override module. The next section allows the opportunity for the end user to equip it in a way that will most meet their business needs.

Equipped with a variable module slot in the right section of the unit you will find 3 keys with LEDs which are freely programmable. You can optionally get the BTM16.2-TA-TA-VB-SA-HA-2EA with an emergency stop button configuration or with a hand wheel instead of the provided blind plate which is found on the basic model of the device.

There is the option to also connect an external hand wheel instead of using the integrated one. In addition to this potential hand wheel connection, there are an additional 6 inputs that can be used for valuation of hand wheel pulses or for axis selection.

This device is designed for substructure and panel installation. If you opt for the substructure installation you can design an aesthetically pleasing front panel and will not have to worry about spoiling screw heads. There are additional inputs and outputs; 16 of each to be exact which can be connected to keys, to key switches or to signal lamps to meet your operations specific needs. Thereby there is no need for wiring additional controls to the SPS directly.

The device can be connected simply and in a cost-effective way thanks to the remote bus connection that reduces the necessity of individual wiring for each component which can become costly.
