The BTM04.1-NA-TA-VA-BA-2FF-FW operator panel is built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the BTM04 Machine Operator Panels series. It serves as a front-end human-machine interface that transfers manual commands such as axis feed adjustments and emergency interventions to the CNC or PLC supervising an industrial machine tool. The housing accepts four plug-in function cards so the panel can combine safety functions, status indication, and numeric feed override control in one enclosure. This layout keeps the operator interface centralized at the machine front while separating individual functions across dedicated card positions.

Slot 1 routes the emergency stop circuit, and its contacts are rated for currents up to 2 A AC/DC Max at a maximum switching potential of 220 V AC/DC Max. The central membrane keypad in slot 2 provides visual feedback through 15 LEDs that share positions with 15 Pushbuttons, allowing each key to illuminate when the corresponding function is active. Feed control is handled by the card in slot 3, where three pushbuttons and three indicator LEDs support a programmable override range from 0 % to 120 %. Hardware revision 1 maintains pin assignments used by legacy drive controllers, which helps preserve compatibility within existing control layouts.

The remaining expansion bay carries a Blank Cover so no unused signals are exposed to the cabinet interior. With the safety board identified as Emergency Stop and the motion adjustment board labeled Feed Override, each installed card can be recognized quickly without removing the entire panel. The slot architecture separates high-current safety channels, illuminated operator keys, and analog feed increments onto individual boards.
