The BTM03.1-NN-TA-TA-TA-BA-BA-2FF-FW operator panel is supplied by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the BTM03 Machine Operator Panels series. Designed as a front-end human-machine interface, it mounts on machine enclosures to relay operator commands to the drive or PLC layer. The front-mounted arrangement keeps routine control inputs close to the process area and separates everyday interaction from the cabinet interior. Its compact housing accepts modular keypads so machine operators can trigger motion sequences, acknowledge alarms, or modify setpoints without opening the cabinet, making it a practical node for discrete industrial automation lines. Because the panel is passive, it relies on connected control electronics for power and signal processing.

Independent key modules are fitted, giving a total of 3 removable sections on the front face. Each module carries 15 tactile pushbuttons, so the panel can present up to forty-five dedicated functions without scrolling menus. The mechanical action uses a short-stroke key design that shortens travel and reduces cycle fatigue during high repetition rates. Every button is backlit by an internal LED indicator to show active states and improve visibility in low-light conditions. Two unused slots are closed with 2 blank modules, leaving space for future module selection on the front face. The designated emergency-stop position is currently empty, so a separate hardwired emergency stop must be provided elsewhere in the machine circuit. All keys are delivered as labelable, allowing printed legends to match the assigned machine functions. This layout helps keep button names clear and easy to read during setup and routine operation.
