Mounted on the front of CNC or PLC enclosures, it serves as the central human-machine interface for command entry, status indication, and machine supervision. Operators can use it to issue commands, monitor axis behavior, supervise feed changes, and trigger safety-related actions during automated machining cycles. Its front-panel layout keeps routine controls within reach at the cabinet door, which reduces the need to access hardware inside the enclosure.

The panel is built in Design 1 and belongs to Line 3, so its electrical pinout and backplane match controllers configured for that line. A dedicated feed override module lets the operator trim programmed feed rates without pausing the cycle, which is helpful when tool load or surface finish must be adjusted during operation.
