The BTM03.1-NB-TA-BA-VA-BA-BA-2EA-FW is an operator panel from the BTM03 Machine Operator Panels series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. As a human-machine interface, it mounts on machine enclosures to collect commands and display status through illuminated keys and indicator LEDs, giving operators direct control of axis overrides, cycle starts, and safety stops in automated cells. Its front-mounted layout keeps frequently used machine functions in one place, so command entry and status indication remain available at the enclosure instead of requiring a separate external console.
The panel integrates a keypad with 15 pushbuttons and 15 LEDs, allowing function selection while providing immediate visual confirmation of each key state. Separate feed override hardware offers 3 pushbuttons and 3 LEDs so speed adjustments remain isolated from primary motion commands. For signal handling, the device provides 16 local inputs that accept dry-contact or transistor sources and 16 local outputs that drive status lamps, relays, or PLC points. These local I/O points let the panel exchange command and indication signals with surrounding control hardware without adding a separate interface assembly. All electronics reside on carrier boards distributed across 6 module slots, so individual functions are separated across plug-in sections within the housing.
