Product Description:

The Bosch Indramat produces BTM03.1-NA-TA-TA-VA-BA-BA-2FF-FW as a human machine interface for industrial automation systems. Its frontal structure is made of powder-coated metal and its face comes with IP65 rating to resist water, dust, oil and floor contaminants. This panel possess a dedicated grounding terminal for safety.

The BTM03.1-NA-TA-TA-VA-BA-BA-2FF-FW control panel operates on 24 VDC and consumes 20 W of power. It is composed of six front module bays; four modules are pre-installed and two are blanked for future upgradation as per the system need. Its leftmost slot features a red mushroom emergency stop button, it functions as a twist-reset and has a lock push feature to stop the connected machine instantly. Below the emergency button there are two square pushbuttons in green and red color for start/stop operations. The panel’s second and third modules are writeable keypad arrays and each contains fifteen pushbuttons arranged in a 3 x 5 grid style. The BTM panel’s pushbuttons are labeled for functions like CLAMP PART, CYCLE STOP, FULL DEPTH, FEED HOLD and each of the button is recessed with a tactile feel. Its fourth slot holds a feed override knob that is in a rotary design and it is marked from 0% to 120%. Below the knob are three override buttons labeled as AT 100%, RAPID and FEED. The panel’s rear housing is made of shielded steel and it supports fast panel mounting with edge screws.

The BTM03.1-NA-TA-TA-VA-BA-BA-2FF-FW control panel includes a master I/O board inside the rear housing that provides 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs.
