Product Description:

The BTM03.1-NA-TA-TA-VA-BA-BA-2EA-FW is a machine panel designed by Indramat as a part of the BTM03 series. It includes six front module slots for various controls and it holds a red twist-release emergency stop button. This panel uses BT Bus for system communication and it connects through a D-sub interface on the rear side.

The BTM03.1-NA-TA-TA-VA-BA-BA-2EA-FW machine panel features three writeable keyboard modules and it includes a 16-position feed override rotary switch. It supports a maximum BT Bus cable length of 50 meters and its I/O signals are mapped directly into the controller memory. This panel needs connectivity to an Indramat controller to operate and it shows compatibility with PPC-R, MTC200 and CLC controllers. It features 16 digital inputs along with 16 digital outputs, while its operating voltage is 24 V DC that is supplied over the BT Bus. The BTM03 machine panel’s input/output types meet EN 61131-2 industrial standards and its emergency stop contact is dual-channel with safety-rating as well. Its override switch provides 4-bit of gray-code output signals, these signals control feed-rate scaling in 10% steps up to 120%. The BTM03 machine panel features LED indicators for some buttons and its emergency stop button is hardwired into the machine’s safety system. It is equipped with safety protection from overcurrent and it provide two pairs of NC/NO contacts.

The BTM03.1-NA-TA-TA-VA-BA-BA-2EA-FW machine panel’s front face carries an IP65 protection rating to resist dust and water spray. Its mounting is done from the rear side by using standard hardware and it weighs around 3.5 kg. The BTM03 machine panel comes with empty slots that are covered with blind plates for upgradation as per the system requirement. It is used in CNC, packaging, forming and material handling, as it easily integrates with machines and requires minimum maintenance.
