Product Description:
The BTM03.1-NA-TA-TA-TA-VA-VA-2FF-FW operator panel is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the BTM03 Machine Operator Panels series. It is installed on machine fronts to let personnel initiate commands, adjust feeds, and trigger stops while the connected control system executes the requested motion sequences. By combining input keys, rotary overrides, and status indicators in one housing, the panel delivers a localized human-machine interface suited to automated machining centers, transfer lines, or assembly stations.
The unit offers 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs, allowing switches, sensors, pilot lamps, and relays to be wired directly to the panel without external junction strips. A front-side gasket and cast enclosure give the assembly an IP65 rating so that dust, chips, or coolant spray do not reach the electronics. Safety is provided through the dedicated Emergency-Stop module in slot 1; pressing its red plunger interrupts machine power through approved emergency circuits. Operator data entry is handled by three adjacent writable keyboard modules fitted in slots 2, 3, and 4, where each key cap can be labeled to match axis names, functions, or program calls.
The sheet-metal housing carries a durable powder-coated finish that resists abrasion from tools and cleaning solvents. Inside the backplane, the master processor card can occupy any of the 2–4 designated master board positions, allowing different communication or memory configurations within the panel. Continuous speed adjustment is supplied by the Feed Override Modules in slots 5 and 6, giving fine feed control during setup and prove-out operations. All electronics are arranged in a 6-slot layout, which keeps the panel organized while accommodating emergency-stop, keyboard, feed override, and master logic functions in one enclosure.
