The BTM03.1-NA-BA-TA-TA-VA-SA-2FF-FW is a small and easily installed automation machine user terminal built through a combination of past experience and state-of-the-art technology. The terminal is equipped with several keys for customers to easily interact with it in real time. In the servo system, this product operates in combination with the NC user field to represent the user unit of a machine. The front panel of this product is made from polyamide material, which is renowned for its durability. This front part is able to meet the IP65 protection category. However, the housing of the terminal is only designed according to IP20 and requires indoor integration for efficient and long-lasting protection. There are up to five separate configuration module slots that can be used to extend the capacity of this product. The module slots include the Blind plate, feedoveride, keyboard, and an Emergency stop module. The relatively large red emergency stop button can be found on the terminal.
The keyboard module of the BTM03.1-NA-BA-TA-TA-VA-SA-2FF-FW contains more than 15 short stroke keys equipped with LED, its field override module has 16 lock settings and features three switch keys with Light Emitting diodes. Under normal operation conditions, the voltage requirement of this product is about 24 volts; it is also installed with its own unique firmware, which is responsible for the configuration of its operation. This unit requires reliable protection inside a control enclosure; it should be mounted on a standard 35 millimeters DIN rail in a reliable vertical position.
