The BTA10.1-NE is a safety controller built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat to monitor safety functions and ensure that all parts of the servo system operate within the pre-determined safety parameters. This safety device also serves to quickly shut off the power supply when needed. The housing of this product is very compact, making its installation process straightforward. The housing material is aluminum, which is generally favored for its lightweight and its high mechanical strength. The front panel of this control device features a large red emergency stop button design to quickly end the operation of the entire servo system during operation error; there is also a control key and a connection for mobile operators terminals integrated with the E-stop button on the front panel of the product.
Digital Communication between the BTA10.1-NE and all other parts of the servo system occurs through the two communication interfaces integrated on the back panel of the controller; also, several input and output power interfaces are integrated on the back panel of this product. Also, on the front panel of this product is a short circuit connector. Ambient temperature around the BTA10.1-NE during operation should be maintained between 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. Also, relative humidity around this product should be kept below 95 per cent when the servo system is in operation.
