The ADF Spindle motors are liquid-cooled motors designed to meet heavy-duty requirements of the industry. ADF132D-B05TA3-AS07-A2N1/S032 is one of the many ADF 132 Spindle motors that can also work as servo drives for certain applications. This motor has a nominal output of 36 kilowatts and a rated rpm of 1500. With standard bearings, it reaches up to 7500 rpm and if you upgrade it to Spindellagerung bearings, it can go up to 10000 revs per minute making sure that high-speed applications can be smoothly carried out. The rated torque value of this motor is 229 Nm and it has a rated current of 85 Amperes. This is the heaviest ADF 132 motor weighing 140 kg. 

The motor features a contact guard to ensure human safety and has an IP65 casing to make it usable in harsh environments. Its operating temperature range is from 5 to 45 degrees Celsius. Because of efficient cooling mechanisms, it easily tolerates heat dissipation of 4 kilowatts. The motor features flanged mounting. The power terminal box is located on the A-side of the motor. There are no holding brakes. There is a multiturn encoder for motor feedback. For load connection, there is a plain shaft without sealing rings.
