Product Description

The ADF132D-B05TA1-AS03-D3N1 main spindle motor features a power connection terminal box on its top. The output shaft of the Bosch Rexroth motor is balanced with the entire key and encompasses a shaft sealing ring. The device is also equipped with a Side B shaft end. The unit features windings call letters of AS. It is not fitted with any holding brake. The product has a nominal power output of 36kW. The motor weighs 140kg. The coolant used in the device has a maximum system pressure of 3 bar. The rotor has a moment of inertia of 0.118kgm². The unit features a nominal current rating of 85A.

The motor can be used only with very low axial loads. The product has a balance class of R. Its motor feedback connection and terminal box are present on the same side. The dimensions of the flange of the device are in adherence to DIN 42948 specifications. There must be no impact on the output shaft during transport to avoid damage to the bearings of the unit. The motor should be picked up by its mounted eye-bolts to avoid damage or destruction of the outlet pipes and the coolant inlet.

The product must have a ground connection to the drive during the mounting and installation process. The device is balanced dynamically. Its coolant connection is present on Side B.  The output direction of the terminal box is towards Side A. The unit features a Class F insulation. The temperature of the water used as a coolant in the motor should be between 10°C and 40°C at the coolant entrance. The unit should not be connected to the mains directly. The cables used for the connection of the product have a minimum core diameter of 25mm².
