The ADF104B-B05TA1-DS07-A2N1 is an ADF main spindle motor by Rexroth Indramat. Under the ADF series this motor is 104 size and the length is classified as B. During transportation, the allowed temperature should be from -25 degree C to 85 degree C. The winding of the motor is a three-phase winding. This product is majorly used in textile, printing, and injection molding machines. The motor can even run on a very low speed as it has a resolution of 1/2 millionth of a revolution. The motor works friction-less by induction. The output shaft of the motor features protection class of IP 40. The motor comes with Wake industrial 1-year warranty.

This product can be mounted with a horizontal flange. Power connections are provided at the top of the motor and output direction is on the side B. Coolant can be input and output on the motor from side B. Windings call letter are DS. The motor is protected from weak acids by a prime coat. The coolant goes to the contact point of the motor. It lubricates and cools the heat generated by friction. The motor has ball and cylindrical bearings with deep grooves. These grooves can be lubricated. To prolong the life of the unit, use with a standard bearing assembly.

If the motor has been stored for more than two years without use; allow the holding break to grind in at a speed of 100 per minute first. The motor windings are fitted with a thermistor for protection from overheating. The motor flange is designed as per DIN 42948.
