The 2AD132C-B35RB2-CS03 is a base model that comes with a rotational torque rating of 96 Nm. This servo motor is simply a moderate power servo motor with a power rating of 15 kW perfect for low torque applications. The motor also comes with a rotor inertia of 0.076 kgm2 where the servo motor easily changes its speed from low to high in a matter of seconds allowing this motor to be used for varying load applications mainly robotics and high-speed drilling. Speaking of high speeds, this motor has a maximum speed rating of 7500 rpm thanks to the inclusion of self-lubricating bearings.
This motor can be mounted with a compatible flange at a maximum altitude of 1000 meters above sea level to ensure this servo operates at rated operating conditions. For operating at derated conditions, this servo motor has a derated base speed of 1000 rpm which is when the motor is attached at altitudes above 1000 meters or any other operating conditions for which this servo motor isn't designed.
To enhance the overall closed-loop system of this servo motor, the 2AD132C-B35RB2-CS03 comes with a high-resolution feedback system that relies on an encoder system which ensures this servo motor rotates in the right direction and towards the correct position and angle. The speed of this motor is also regulated using a tacho feedback system where the motor generates a feedback voltage signal every 1000 rpm of speed allowing the motor controller to adjust and regulate the speed of the servo motor according to the required set point entered by the user in the servo motor controller's program. This motor requires around 39 amperes of current to operate and draws around 279 volts AC to function.
