For applications that require both high speed and high rotational torque, the 2AD132C-B35RB1-CS06-B2N1 is designed to provide a perfect combination for both as it can generate a maximum speed of 7500 rpm with the help of self-lubricating bearing along with a high rotational torque of 96 Nm at the rated speed of 1500 rpm. This motor design comes with a low rotation torque rating of 0.076 kgm2 which allows this motor to quickly adjust its speed based on varying loads attached on the motor shaft.
This motor operates on a voltage rating of 279 volts AC with a 3 phase configuration and draws up to 39 amperes of current from the supply unit. The input operating electrical parameters have a 3 phase requirement as each supply phase is responsible for energizing the 3 poles of the servo motor that generate the necessary electromagnetic force needed to rotate the shaft of the servo motor. The Thermal time constant of this servo motor is 50 minutes which is the time it takes for this servo motor to cool down to its steady state temperature.
With the inclusion of a digital servo feedback system, this servo motor comes with an encoder of either an absolute type or an incremental type which allows the servo shaft to rotate finely towards the requested position. The digital encoder allows the shaft to rotate only once the desired direction. This motor does not feature a second shaft to attach a second encoder. The output shaft key is a half balanced key design without a shaft seal ring that helps prevent the lubrication material from spilling outside from the motor enclosure.
