The 2AD100C-B05OA4-AS01-B2N1 is a robust and reliable asynchronous servo motor in the 2AD series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. Its axial blower creates air currents moving from side B to side A and is guided by shrouds over its surface. They facilitate heat exchange across a temperature gradient to ensure efficient heat elimination. Like other motors in the series, this motor has a squirrel-cage rotor with a moment of inertia of 0.021 kgm². This rotor has minimal maintenance requirements due to its simple design. It also contributes to low noise generation and vibration during the motor’s operation. The 2AD motor has a nominal speed of 1,500 revolutions per minute but reaches a maximum speed of 9,000 revolutions per minute.
