2AD100B-B35OA1-AS03-A2N1 is an industrial motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. The motor belongs to the 2AD product line. AC motors of the 2AD series are used in machine tools as main spindle drives and servo drives with high performance capabilities, printing machines, packaging machines and reshaping machines. In conjunction with drive controllers, these motors provide a broad speed range, and  a broad speed range under field control of 1:6. Non-conforming loads cause the lubricant to be consumed in less than 20,000 working hours. This has an adverse affect on bearing service life. If higher average speeds occur with a heavy-duty bearing assembly, the lubricant can be consumed more quickly. Thus, the working life of the motor is limited to that period in which the lubricant is available. The 2AD100B-B35OA1-AS03-A2N1 has standard bearings. Its main power plug is on the top side and points towards side A. The motor is equipped with an axial cooling fan that requires 230 Volts AC input. The main shaft has a smooth design. Shafts with keys are available for 2AD motors.
