The 1MS376B-QA-A1 is a Bosch Rexroth motor stator. It is designed for use with 1MB series asynchronous motors that have the following specifications: motor frame size 376, motor frame length B and motor winding code QA. 1MB motors are liquid cooled and the stator has an aluminum cooling jacket. The liquid coolant flows through the cooling jacket and absorbs the heat dissipated in the motor stator. The liquid coolant also absorbs a large portion of the heat dissipated in the motor rotor. Bosch does not allow storage or transport of the 1MS376B-QA-A1 in the horizontal position. The reason is that horizontal storage or transportation of the stator can damage the cooling jacket, which could render the stator unusable. Chains or ropes that are parallel can be used for lifting the stator.

The 1MS376B-QA-A1 is fitted with a wire on the end with larger output diameter. This wire is used for electrical connections to the stator. During assembly, the seal tightness of the O-rings on the stator needs to be checked before the electrical connections are made. The 1MS376B-QA-A1 includes a grounding connector that should be connected to system ground. Weight of the stator is approximately 205 kilograms. The working temperature range recommended for 1MB motor operation is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. If motors are unused, the area used for storage of motor components such as rotor or stator should have an ambient temperature between -20 and 80 degrees Celsius. The ingress protection rating of 1MB motors is IP00. The insulation class to which 1MB motors belongs if F as per DIN VDE 0530-1. Bosch currently does not offer accessories for 1MB kit spindle motors. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
