The 1MS313F-8D-A1/S010 is a stator. A stator is one of the main components of a motor, and the other component is a rotor. A stator is the motor component that remains stationary, while the rotor is the moving component of electromagnetic circuits. A stator provides a magnetic field that drives the rotor. The 1MS313F-8D-A1/S010 is designed for Bosch Rexroth 1MB motors. Specifically it is designed for motors with 313 millimeters frame size, a frame length of F and with a winding code of 8D.  The 1MS313F-8D-A1/S010 includes an aluminum cooling jacket. An electrical cable measuring 1.5 meters in length is used for the motor cable connection. The cable is lead out of the stator side with bigger output diameter. The 1MS313F-8D-A1/S010 includes a special design in the form of PTC / NTC thermistors for foreign drive controllers.

A type plate is installed on a visible part of the 1MS313F-8D-A1/S010. The plate contains information including type code, weight, input voltage and protection class. Each stator for 1MB motors also has a designation which can be found on the inner side of the cooling jacket on the thicker end of the stator. The stator should be assembled in line with the manufacturer’s installation instructions. Prior to assembly the motor components should be laid flat on a clean and flat base. Components should be checked for damage. All components and mounting surfaces including the O-rings on the stator should be verified to ensure that they are clean and free from burrs. The stator contact surfaces should be cleaned and the O-rings should be greased. Finally the lifting eye bolts should be screwed in mutually opposite threaded holes.
