The 1MS200H-4D-A1 model is specially manufactured by Rexroth Indramat and is mainly used in various motion control systems such as grinding machines, machine tools, and printing machines. The 1MS stator is designed as per American standards and is used together with the rotor and drive controller specified for this unit. The stator is equipped with a high-resolution position encoder that assists in detecting the exact position of the rotor. The stator 1MS200H-4D-A1 faces the power loss of 3.1 kW and overcomes the heat effect by using the liquid cooling system. An aluminum cooling jacket is installed with the stator for controlling housing temperature. The 1MS stator produces 124 Nm of torque in the rotor while rotating it at the speed of 1500 rpm.
