The Bosch Rexroth Indramat 1MR310B-A094/S026 is a highly efficient rotor set meant to be used in the 1MB range of up to very high speed asynchronous motors.
Designed to meet the challenges in the toughest industrial applications, the rotor offers the accuracy and dependability required in today high speed, high torque applications like CNC machining, spindles, and sophisticated automation systems. The rotor consists of high-strength silicon steel, with the high-precision laminated core minimizing eddy current losses and increases the magnetic efficiency. It applies internal cooling to keep it at optimum operating temperatures when running continuously and at high speeds. Permitted operating temperature is up to 155°C and is backed by an insulation class of F which results in a long service life even with thermal stress. The rotor is in the balance quality grade of G2.5 making it vibration free and smooth in high speed operation.
It is press-fit mounted type, intended to install in compatible motor housings with security. The rotor is a three pole pair and has high stable power in terms of the rated torque of 340 Nm.
