Product Description

Bosch deals in the manufacturing of sustainable and economical automation products. The company develops a wide range of frameless kit spindle motors, inverter controllers, and VT terminals with a broad power spectrum.

The 1MR160N-C061 model offers high dynamics and continuous power delivery under extreme operating conditions. The 1MR rotor can be installed in various stators such as 4A, 4B, and 4C. The power consumption and delivery of the rotor depend upon the stator in which the rotor is installed. If the rotor is installed in the 4A stator it delivers 28 kW of power while operating at the rated speed of 3000 rpm whereas, the rotor mounted in the 4B stator operates at the nominal speed of 1000 rpm to deliver the continuous power of 9.3 kW. The rotor with a 4C winding stator generates the nominal power of 14 kW while rotating at the continuous speed of 1500 rpm. The rotor consumes 26 – 75 A of power while delivering the constant torque of 89 Nm. The 1MR rotor is developed to be installed in the stator designed by Rexroth Indramat and they both developed a 1MB frameless synchronous kit spindle motor. The moment of inertia of the rotor is 0.027 kgm2 and it operates at the nominal voltage of 303 – 464 V.

The model 1MR160N-C061 has an ambient temperature limit of 0 to +40 degree Celsius and is insulated under insulation class-F. The rotor comes under step interference fit design and is mainly used in several motion control technologies. The rotor position is controlled by a high-resolution encoder and the protection class of the 1MR rotor is IP00. Only one-third of 1MB frameless motor power loss occurs in the rotor and it uses ambient air for removing the additional heat. The rotor must be stored under the prescribed temperature limit and in a shock-free environment. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
