Product Description:
The 0 811 405 013 servo amplifier card is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the 1M Servo Amplifier Cards series. Installed in a 19-inch Eurocard chassis, it translates low-level voltage references from a PLC or analog controller into controlled solenoid current. By doing so, the board drives proportional valves and other electromechanical devices that regulate position, speed, or hydraulic pressure in automated machinery used in process lines, machine tools, and assembly cells.
Its physical format is 100 × 160 mm, matching standard DIN 41494 card frames, and electrical terminations are made through a 32-pin DIN 41612 Form D connector. The control electronics run from a nominal 24 VDC supply; the circuitry remains functional down to 22 V and tolerates surges up to 39 V, allowing operation on unregulated plant power buses. Average board draw is limited to less than 1 A, and a 2.5 A time-lag fuse protects the incoming line. Command channels 1-4 accept ±9 V references, while channel 5 accepts ±6 V; a differential input resistance of 100 kΩ minimizes loading on the upstream source. A coil resistance of 2150 Ω in the driver stage sets current gain, and the output stage can deliver up to 800 mA to a connected solenoid without overheating.
During fault or shutdown, residual energy is dissipated once the return line reaches 2.4 V, and normal actuation begins only after the supply exceeds the 16.8 V threshold, preventing inadvertent valve movement. Total apparent power drawn from the supply remains at less than 50 VA, which simplifies sizing of cabinet power supplies. The card provides stable current control for loads such as a 19.5 Ω solenoid while keeping consumption, heat generation, and voltage margins within normal operating limits for compact servo hydraulic and pneumatic modules.
