The ZX4530-0010-0150 cable is a preassembled motor connection lead supplied by Beckhoff within the ZK Motor Cables series. It provides an interface between a Beckhoff AX servo drive and a moving motor by combining power, measurement, and auxiliary lines in a single jacket. Molded connectors and continuous shielding preserve signal quality in packaging machines, pick-and-place axes, and other automated equipment exposed to electromagnetic interference. The cable is intended for drag-chain installations where repeated motion requires consistent mechanical performance and secure electrical connections.
The cable has a conductor layout of 4 × 2 × 0.25 mm², providing four twisted pairs that separate feedback channels from the supply cores. Termination is provided by an M23 12-pin female connector and a D-sub 15-pin female connector, allowing direct connection without field adapters. Contact resistance remains below 5 mΩ, while insulation resistance is at least 500 MΩ to limit voltage drop and leakage during continuous operation.
