In machine cells, the cable links decentralized devices to the control cabinet while maintaining a single hybrid line for 24 V supply and communication. Its design targets installations that demand compact wiring and quick field assembly inside drag-chain routes or moving carriers.
With a length of 0.2 m, the cable fits short jumper runs inside tight routing trays. The hybrid coding follows the EtherCAT-P scheme, so the four conductors carry both US 24 V DC and UP 24 V DC power along with real-time fieldbus signals. A threaded M8 plug is fitted to each end, giving a male-to-male configuration that screws directly into Beckhoff IP67 I/O boxes.
