The ZK4701-0461-2150 motor cable is produced by Beckhoff within the ZK Motor Cables series. This hybrid assembly carries three power conductors, a protective earth, and five control cores so that a servo drive can feed torque and brake signals to a matched motor over a single routed line. In automated machinery, the cable links the cabinet-mounted drive module to moving axes, supplying energy, encoder power, and brake voltage while withstanding constant motion in cable chains. Using one hybrid cable instead of separate motor and auxiliary leads also helps keep moving harnesses compact along the machine axis.
Each of the three power cores has a cross-sectional area of 0.75 mm², allowing the assembly to carry a continuous phase load of 14 A without excessive voltage drop. Insulation and conductor spacing are sized for a line potential up to 630 V AC/DC, while an impulse withstand capability of 6.0 kV helps protect connected hardware against switching transients.
