The cable core consists of 7 x 2 x 0.14 mm² + 2 x 0.5 mm², providing seven twisted signal pairs and two larger power conductors within one sheath. Its total supplied length is 16.00 m, allowing motors to traverse carriers that extend up to 20 m without intermediate junctions. For high-speed axes, the design tolerates linear velocities of 4 m/s and accelerations reaching 30 m/s². Drag-chain grades are confirmed by a life rating of 10 million bending cycles, so repetitive motion in multi-shift operation does not compromise insulation. A braided shield with at least 85% optical coverage suppresses electromagnetic interference along the entire run, and the jacket keeps performance stable while the assembly moves through energy chains across the specified travel distance.
