ZK4510-0020-0070 is an encoder connection cable. The cable is very flexible and suited to drag-chain use. It is designed primarily to connect Beckhoff AL8000 series liner servomotors to a AL8200-000z-0000, which is a magnetic encoder system. At dead A of the cable is a female M23 plug with 17 pins. This connector is rated for 500 mating cycles and the plug is attached to the wire by crimping. At head B of the cable is a D-sub male socket with 15-pins. This socket is soldered to the wire. Operating voltage for the cable is 30 Volts. The cable cross section is 7 x 2 x 0.14 mm² + 2 x 0.5 mm². Jacket of the cable is made industrial grade polyurethane. The outer diameter of the cable is 7.6 millimeters with 0.3 millimeters tolerance.
The allows minimum bend radius for fixed installations is 4 times the output cable diameter. The cable is rated for maximum 10 million cycles. The color of the cable jacket is green.
