By combining power conductors, signal pairs, and a braided shield inside a single flexible jacket, it supplies energy and feedback while remaining compatible with energy chain routing and torsion applications. Its construction supports high-cycle dynamic motion, making it suitable for pick-and-place gantries, packaging lines, and other equipment where frequent accelerations and guided travel paths occur.
The cable can operate continuously up to 1000 V AC, and every assembly withstands a dielectric test of 4000 V to verify insulation quality. Three-phase power is carried on conductors with a cross-section of 1.50 mm², while the integrated encoder pair uses 0.75 mm² wires so that control and feedback share the same run. A braided copper screen with ≥ 85% coverage limits radiated emissions and protects sensitive signals.
