The ZK4502-0003-0100 motor cable is produced by Beckhoff as part of the ZK Motor Cables series. It is intended for fixed routing inside control cabinets and machine frames, where it carries three-phase drive power together with low-level brake or feedback signals for automation motors. Combining these conductors in one assembly simplifies cable routing and helps limit electromagnetic interference in industrial production equipment. Because power and auxiliary conductors share a common jacket, the run stays compact in enclosed machine spaces and reduces the need for separate cable paths. The cable is suited to installations that need one jacketed run for both motor power and auxiliary circuits.
Its core conductors are made of bare copper, which supports low resistance and stable thermal behavior under continuous current. Polypropylene insulation surrounds the cores, and an outer polyvinyl chloride jacket protects against abrasion while keeping the overall cable diameter to 11.7 mm. The cable supports operating voltages up to 1000 V AC, making it suitable for typical servo inverter outputs.
